Dear Farhana Yeasmin,

We are pleased to offer you the position of Junior Executive-Admin at ERP Solutions BD. We believe that
your skills, experience, and dedication will contribute significantly to our team and help us achieve our
goals.

 This appointment is effective from 15.03.2024, and your primary reporting location will be 841/C,
Khilgaon Chowdhuipara, Dhaka-1219, 4th Floor of Pallima Sangsad Bangladesh unless otherwise
instructed.

 Your compensation for this position will be 18,000 (Eighteen Thousand) monthly in gross, and you
will be entitled to mobile bill allowances, project allowances, health insurance & conveyance bill
as per the company policy. Also, you will be entitled to festival bonus will be half of your gross
salary. Festival bonus will be paid in two times in year.

 Your working hours will be 6.30 Hours from 3.00 PM to 8.30 PM, with 30 minutes breaktime
allocated for snacks breaks. You have to do work from office on Thursday, Friday & Saturday and
you have to do work from home on Tuesday & Wednesday. Weekly holiday two days- Sunday &
Monday.

 You will be entitled monthly 34 days leave- Causal Leave- 14 Days, Sick Leave-10 Days & Emergency
leave-10 Days

 You will be entitling free access in our all sorts of training program, workshops, symposiums, and
other facilities of ERP Solutions BD

 Your reporting boss will be CEO of ERP Solutions BD, you have to work with direct supervising and
instructions of CEO.

 Your details job descriptions and work procedures will be provided at the date of joining.

 In ERP Solutions BD months count starts from 15th Date of respective month, salary will be
disbursed on every 16-17th of every respective month.
  ERP Solutions BD will open an employee payroll bank account in Dhaka Bank limited for transfer
of salary & allowances.

 ERP Solutions BD may terminate you from job with one month notice and one month salary. If you
want to resign from your post you have to issue notice to CEO containing one month period.

 After successful completion of one year you salary will be reviewed and based of performance
salary will be increased.

As an employee of ERP Solutions BD, you will be expected to adhere to our company policies, procedures,
and code of conduct.
