Subject: “Supply Construction, Installation and O&M of Direct of Water Filtration Plants
in Sargodha and Gujranwala Division” (Package-9)
Detailed Work Plan & Notice for Execution of Balance Works under Risk and
Cost

Reference to subject, the said project was awarded to you vide acceptance letter No.
DIR(P&C)/09/2180-86 dated 07-06-2021 with the completion period of 08 months ending on 06-
02-2022.
An Extension of Time (EOT) of 240 days was requested by your side vide letter No.
Brisk/PAPA/Guj/Sgd/0062 dated 07-01-2022. Based upon detailed evaluation and verification by
this office vide Ref: JERS-AID JV Letter No. 465-J01-09-CS/42 dated 08-02-2022 and
subsequent by Client, you were granted an extension of time from 07-02-2022 to 31-03-2022 (53
days, non-compensable) vide Ref: PAPA/D(P&QC)/NZ/665-671 Dated: 15th February, 2022 . It
was also directed to complete the remaining works within stipulated time period, however it was
not completed.
Further, another Extension of Time (EOT) of 163 days was requested by your side vide letter No.
Brisk/Guj/Sgd/100 dated 31-03-22, letter No. Brisk/Guj/Sgd/101 dated 04-04-22, letter No.
Brisk/Guj/Sgd/120 dated 21-06-22 and letter No. Brisk/Guj/Sgd/128 dated 29-06-22. Based upon
detailed evaluation and verification by this office vide Ref: JERS-AID JV Letter No. 465-J01-09-
CS/65 dated 29-06-2022 and subsequent by Client, you were granted an extension of time from
01-04-2022 to 31-08-2022 (153 days, non-compensable) vide Ref: PAPA/D(P&QC)/NZ/1130-
1136 Dated: 30th June, 2022 and was also directed to complete the remaining works within
stipulated time period.
In spite of multiple reminders from the office of undersigned and from Client side pertaining to
completion of pending tasks at all sites in order to ensure the commissioning of plants, you have
not augmented your field teams by injecting more technical teams along with investing the
required financial support. In case of any genuine reasons, you are required to state the same along
with justifications and submit your detailed work plan for completion of all pending activities with
in a time frame of 7 days.
In the event of non-compliance as stated above, you will be served with a notice under Clause-61
(a) of Contract Agreement as well as Article-V to do the needful in a period of 14 days after receipt
of the notice failing which action under Clause 61 (a) of the Contract Agreement will be initiated
without prejudice
