    Reference to subject, a request for suspension of work of package-09 by M/s


    Brisk International (Pvt) Ltd. has been received vide above referred letter (F/A).

    The contractor has referred clause 40.1 and 69.4 of the contract agreement for
    suspension of work till the availability of adequate funds. In view of above, it is
    requested to guide in view of contractual provisions in subject matter to proceed
    further.
