Reference to above mentioned letter regarding subject variation, M/s JERS-AID JV

has critically examined the variation case of subject item and recommended that three
phase main distribution board (MDB) would be essentially required to operationalize the RO
plants keeping in view of contractor’s plant/equipment as previously single phase (MDB)
was given in the contract.

2. M/s JERS-AID JV duly checked the subject variation based on current market rates
and recommended with following cost impact.

2. Therefore, subject variation of Rs. 4,669,915/- with cost impact 1.11% above is
approved. You are directed to expedite the work for timely completion of the project.

This is being issued with the approval of Chief Engineer / DG Projects, vide
concerned file dated 22-06-2022.
