Provisional Acceptance Certificate

According to the contract No. 06/2012 dated Dec 17, 2012 and
Article 1.Definitions “PAC shall mean the ‘Certificate’ to be issued
by the Employer on or about the Completion Date accepting the
completion of Availability Test and it shall be issued 15 days after
the availability test”, MoE confirms to issue the PAC to the
contractor (LSIS) for 3 DCCs (Babil, Wasit and Najaf Governorate)
with the attached Handover Certificate for each DCC and the
punch list signed between two parties dated / / 2020.
