roster relevant to patients care, preparation of the emergency ward setting and skill training on Nurse

The programme was organized by Karpaga Vinayaga college of Nursing. Ms.Meherbanikaur

demonstrated yoga following theoretical session. She explained the different types of yoga and
meditation. Dr.Vishwanathan motivated the participants to maintain 30 minutes silence per day at
home to improve the life in all aspects. All the faculty members participated enthusiastically.
