    Subject: Requirement of another 5 no. of 16/32GB Pen Drive for Official Use.

    1. It is to mention that, during the month of Jan-2022, IT department had issued total 10 no.s
    of 16 GB Pen drives to GMRCL/Traction department for official use.

    2. The same was distributed among various the GMRCL/Traction project officials for their
    official use. The duly signed distribution sheet is already submitted to GMRCL/IT
    department.

    3. From 10 no., total 4 no.s of pen drives have been consumed during last two months for
    document submissions/presentation to CMRS office.

    4. Hence, GMRCL/IT department is now requested to issue the another 5 no. of 16/32GB Pen
    drive for official use.

    5. The case is put up for your kind perusal and approval. If approved, same will be forwarded to
    GMRCL/IT department for further necessary action.
