    Q.1 Why GPRS has higher data rate as compared to GSM?

    Q.2 Is Mobile IP currently being used in India? Is their any better option than Mobile IP? Explain.

    Q.3 Which 4G Technologies are currently being used in Delhi? List the 4G Technologies used by
    each Vodafone, Airtel and Jio in Delhi with their frequency spectrum ranges.

    Q.4 What are the disadvantage of WLL? Is their any better option as compared to WLL? Explain.

    Q.5 How 3G Networks provide better security as compared to 2G Networks?

    Q.6 A suburb has an area of 1500 square miles and is covered by a cellular system that uses a seven-
    reuse pattern. Each cell has a radius of four miles and the city is allocated 50 MHz of spectrum of a
    full duplex channel bandwidth of 60 kHz. Assuming a GoS (Grade of Service) of 2% for an Erlang-
    B system and a traffic load per user of 0.03 Erlangs,
    Calculate:
    A) The number of cells in the service area D) Total number of users that can be served for 2% GoS

    B) The number of channels per cell E) Number of mobiles per channel

    C) Traffic intensity of each cell
