• Answer 36: We frequently had small arguments regarding his demands.

Oftentimes, he will directly march into his room and bang the door. I
observed his tendencies of complaining too much to the point that he often
lies to meet his ends.

Objection: Argumentative

• Answer 39: I think Ms. Wingrace gave a romantic interpretation with the use
of the word "pangga". For us Ilonggos, the use of the word "panga" is a form
of ordinarily addressing other people, especially young ones, during
encounters or conversations.

Objection: Speculation

• Question 46: Ms. Chariz alleged that she heard a lot of banging sounds in
your room which made her knock on your door.

Objection: Facts not alleged. Ms. Malalis was not able to knock on the door
because of the sounds she heard.

Possible Cross:

• Judicial Notice for “Pangga” as ordinarily used by Ilonggos for addressing

young ones

• “Pangga” – Ordinarily used by older people to address younger people.

• Question 13: How was the examination conducted?

Answer 13: Just like how examinations are normally done. I compared
the specimens of Lorna’s handwriting that were submitted to me with
the handwriting and signature in the love letter.

“Normally done” – No generally accepted standard of methodology or

procedure was used as basis for the comparison. Moreover, who
established the Standard procedure for the examination of signatures.

Objection: Calls for a narration of facts. (Pwede to during the question. if

overruled, pwede magobject sa Answer niya kasi mahaba
tapos daming kwento hahaha)

• Answer 15: Sir Pablo approached me and asked what he could do to help.
I was in such extreme pain that I only managed to point at the ointment
that was on my bedside table. Sir Pablo then sat on the side of my bed,
reached for the ointment on my bedside table and applied it on my
stomach when suddenly Ma'am Emily came to my room and started
boxing, shouting, and kicking me and Sir Pablo. She immediately drove us
both out of the house. I was so confused then on what was happening
while I was pressing on my stomach because I was still in pain.

Answer 19: Yes, Attorney. He is the cousin of Sir Pablo and also the stay-in
house taker.

• Question 20: How's your relationship with Mr. Cayaga?

 Answer 20: When I started working as a housemaid, Mr. Cayaga was very
accommodating. Since he also lives in the conjugal home of Sir Pablo and
Ma'am Emily like me, and since we are both working for the same
employer, I already consider him as a good friend. That's why I was hurt
when I came to know about his allegations against me.

• Q25: Ms. Arrozal alleges that on the afternoon of July 3, 2022, you and Pablo
were at Hapi Convenience Store and accordingly, she overheard your
conversation with Pablo addressing each other as "pangga". What can you
say about this?

A25: I can clearly remember that day, Attorney, because it was the day
when Sir Pablo told me that from then on, I would already be in charge of
doing the groceries. He accompanied me to Hapi Convenience Store to
teach me how to do the groceries for the family. I was able to learn what
are the favorite foods of Ma'am Emily and Sir Pablo, what are the
necessities, and the average price of each item, Attorney. With regards to
the calling of "pangga", it is the usual nickname that is commonly used by
Ilonggos. Sir Pablo got the hang of calling me "pangga" because he knew
that I could understand llonggo and that the term is also commonly used
to address someone out of respect, usually to younger ones.

not answer as to why she is also calling Pablo as “pangga”)

 Answer 28: I deny such allegations, Attorney. I have never been to Sir
Pablo's office during my employment with Ma'am Emily and Sir Pablo and
like I said, I do not know who Ms. Malalis is.
