Hound Hoodie
Created by: Catherine Ross
These cute little dino horns and boney frill add onto the
Hound Hoodie pattern that I wrote for all sizes of dogs from XS to
XL! The frill is made by creating multiple segments that are then
connected by a row of single crochet stitches so that it can be
made in different sizes. They are easy to make and could be
added on to human hoodies also!

o B- Grey (or any color)

Dinosaur Frill
With color B, ch 7.
Row 1: Dc in third ch from the hook, dc in each st, ch 1, turn. (5 stitches)
Row 2: Dc2tog in first two sts, dc in next st, dc2tog in last two sts, ch1,
turn. (3 stitches)
Row 3: Sc in first st, dc-tc-dc all in next st, sc in last st. (5 stitches)
Row 4: Connect frill segments by attaching color B yarn to the bottom
corner of first frill segment and sc across each st. Without cutting yarn,
keep attaching frill segments in this way, ch1, turn.
Row 5: Dc in each st across.
Finish by tying and leaving a long tail along the bottom to sew on to
Hound Hoodie while weaving in any short tails on top.
-You can also choose to add a row of sc stitches evenly around the edge
of the frill to define the shape and make it more firm.
