incomplete execution of ImportLoop job on a previous occasion.

ANSWER / SOLUTION:
Saving the loops to database fails from the CPM Configurator when the ImportLoop job is incomplete on a
previous attempt. To confirm if ImportLoop is causing the issue, the user can navigate
to C:\ProgramData\Honeywell\CPM folder, and look for a Previous job is not yet completed error in the
Configuration Service logs.

4. Against the Honeywell.CPM.LoopImportingStatus key, set the value of the "Completed" to "true" from
"false".
5. Once done, close the the Intuition page .Open the CPM Configurator with 'Run as Administrator', and
save the loops to the database.
