a) What is the “problem” that is being solved or Need for invention?

The main problem of existing system is that vehicle takes more time to charging. Its take
atleast 8hrs. We need to reduce the time of charging for long time.

b) Limitations and drawbacks of prior arts or what is already known in the field of Invention?

Electric vehicles have a limited range due to battery size and construction. Charging a high
voltage battery can take a long time, depending on the battery charge and power source. The
network of electric charging stations is sparse.

c) Components or steps of the invention with reference to one or more drawings or flow charts.

Lithium ion battery, controller, BLDC motor, Throttle.

d) Clear line drawings [exploded view/ cross sectional view/ overall view] with parts indicated in
numbers or alpha numerals.

e) Brief description of the parts.

Lithium ion battery- When the battery is discharging, the lithium ions move back across the
electrolyte to the positive electrode, producing the energy that powers the battery. In both cases,
electrons flow in the opposite direction to the ions around the outer circuit.

Controller-With modern brushless motors, the controller is the heart and mind of the machine.
Controllers have many functions, including controlling power, reversing, and recovering braking
energy when stopping. The controller measures and limits current by measuring the voltage drop
across a current shunt resistor. Based on this measurement, there is a feedback mechanism that
will either increase or reduce the pulse-width modulation (PWM) of the controller based on the
throttle position.

BLDC Motor-A brushless DC motor (also known as a BLDC motor or BL motor) is an

electronically commuted DC motor which does not have brushes. The controller provides pulses
of current to the motor windings which control the speed and torque of the DC motor.
These types of motors are highly efficient in producing a large amount of torque over a vast
speed range. In brushless motors, permanent magnets rotate around a fixed armature and
overcome the problem of connecting current to the armature. Commutation with electronics has a
large scope of capabilities and flexibility. They are known for smooth operation and holding
torque when stationary.

Throttle-Throttle in an electric bike assists in motor power and propels

the bike forward. The throttle has a small lever that protrudes from the handlebar towards the
biker.
f) Identify and list out one or more components / steps that are novel and inventive over the prior
arts.

g) Technical Advantages of the inventive concept over the current art or provide details on how
and why your invention differs from those existing products or systems.

h) Detailed description of each of the components, arrangement of parts and how they relate
(interconnected) with one another.
