• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cut into pieces
• 1 large egg
• 3½ cups bread flour
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1¼ teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1 egg yolk (for egg wash)”
