Authoritarian leadership style

Authoritarian leadership is a kind of leadership in which the leader is to a lesser extent

involved in the routine actions of the team however executes the goals, policies as well as

processes for how the work must be done (Kalish & Luria, 2021).

Having acknowledged a questionnaire score of 15 (Low Range), I completely agree with

this assumption while, as aa administrator at my work, I work part of a group with my coworkers

as well as encourage their philosophies, which enhance the creativity besides productivity of the

team.

Democratic Leadership Style

When any leader involved in a project as well as permits the team to contribute to the

process of decision-making, however the leader keeps fundamental power, this is signified to as

democratic leadership.

The result of my questionnaire is16 (Low Range). I am unsympathetic to this result while

it is depending upon the fundamental choice. As an example, if I believe that my group has come

up with a more innovative idea than I have, I will elite their concept above mine for that project.

Laissez-faire Leadership Style

Laissez-Faire Leadership is a delegative style in which leader offers the essential

resources as well as tools for fruitful completion of a project besides gives responsibilities to the

team for execution of project.

signifies my essential leadership style. Moreover, I have full confidence in my team to forever

deliver, as well as we all share the same level of interest besides promise to the assignment at

hand.

Although at job, I like motivating my team by empowering them to voice their innovative

ideas, opinions as well as feelings, while they are more creative when they feel appreciated as
