➢ Which journal I should submit my manuscript ?

➢Ans. First should search in Elsevier , IEEE, springer , or

other websites have reliability ; also should be submit your
paper to a journal related with your work, if you submit your
paper to unrelated field journal ,your paper will be rejected
and you will loss time.
➢ What are the reviewers, should be submitted to the
journal ?

➢Ans. Almost the core journal like SCI journals , ask you to
write 3 reviewers during the submission process ; I advice you
to write or indicate to a reviewers not exactly related with
specific field ; i.e. same your main major but not same your
specific field; particularly, for new researcher.
➢The reviewer with specific field , even he /she accept your
paper but will give you more modifications, suggestions, and
may be ask you to increase your work .
➢The reviewer with same your main major , if he/she accept
your paper , the modifications maybe so easy.

➢ How to cite by the previous authors without falling
into the plagiarism and what is the allowable ratio ?
➢ The citation process is very important for SCI journals ;
first read papers related with work then rewrite the
paragraph or text according to your understanding and
write the reference.
➢ No copy and past even you will cite the reference.

➢ How the editors and the reviewers look to your manuscript and
how they evaluate it ?
➢ First, the editor and reviewer focuses on your abstract and
your conclusion ; and then check your results part or your
contributions.
➢ Therefore I device you to check your abstract may times

➢ What are the points that increase chance of an acceptance of
your manuscript in SCI journal ?
➢ Many points increase your chance ; like
1- if your work is in practical field ; i.e. you have
experimental data
2- English language; USA or UK , no mixed between them in
your paper
3 – if you are study in good rank university
4- if your supervisor or co author famous in his/her field
5-compare your obtained results with good papers.
6- if you have a novel algorithm or work

➢ What is the sequence in writing your article ?
➢ After your finish from your results , now you have the
heart of your paper ; check your result and compare with
researcher ( new published paper from SCI journal)
➢ Try to collect and summarize the information from good
reference to write Introduction section
➢ write conclusions
➢ Write your abstract

➢ What are the rules that you must follow when writing
SCI article ?
➢ Each journal has specific rules, therefore I advice you to
download the rules from journal website, read it carefully,
and then write your paper
➢ Example: I want to explain some useful note
I. The title of your paper should not very short and not very
long .
II. Keywords : about 5 word ; important word
III. Abstract : the abstract is a summary of your paper but
should be (not easy and not very difficult to understand). In
first two lines form abstract should be your main field not
directly write specific problem; and then write your problem
and then some thing about your results ( try to amplify this
point) , and then something about conclusions; finally write
like this ( can apply the proposed method on ……. ).
IV. Don’t use any abbreviation in abstract, like ICA or other
V. Don’t write any format in abstract
VI. Check the number of word in abstract according to journal rules.
VII.In introduction section should write something about the
previous work ( at the end of introduction section ) like
literature review but should be write like story
- Maybe 5 reference are enough as a literature review part
But should new and related with your work
- Don’t add more than 3 references in each paragraph.
- Figures and tables should be readable and clear
- -some journals have a rules to tables ( check the journal ruels)
- Maybe 30 references in your paper is ok
- All references should related with your work
