DAC Meeting.

Prof. Dr. x, introduced all the experts from Industry as well as Academics.

Dr. x, Professor & Head, Department of Aeronautical Engineering, Kumaraguru College of

Technology, Coimbatore shared the following opinion .

Effective coaching and understanding between the job and career, Knowledge and
skills.

Effective counseling to be carry out in the Progress of the students along with parents
to improve the Academic performance.

Project guide to act as a career counselor.

Dr. x Director, M/s The creator Industries, Erode shared his views by following.

Mandatory internship to meet the industrial expectations for the career opportunities.

Inclusion of practical hands on training session of subjects to improve student's level of

skills.

Encourage to participate in Presentation for outside colleges and companies.
