Learning goal: I started doing research on how I might effectively boost my stamina, lose weight, and expand

the size of the leg muscle after selecting the learning objective for the personal project. When I did my study, I
discovered that riding is one of the finest activities for building leg muscles and improving cardiovascular
endurance. Also, by the researching, I founded that tip for how to lose weight by cycling in efficient way, bicking
technique, and how to increase the size of the leg muscle profitably and expeditiously by riding a bike. The
criterion for measuring the goal will be my improvement of bicycle skills, change of weight and change of the
width of my thigh. In this personal project, I plan to train my body through learning goals, lose weight, and
thicken the leg muscles, especially the thighs by riding the bike (cycling around the Jinji Lake). My product of
personal project is not physical, but my biggest goal is to improve my stamina, lose weight and enhance the leg
muscle. I want to show that the development and improvement of my riding skills and improve the stamina,
lose weight, and increase of the size of the leg muscle.

Product/outcome details: My product will be improving my stamina, lose weight, and enhance the leg muscle

Specifications of product: I will measure my stamina by measuring the heat rate by using the watch, I will
measure weight by scale, and I will measure the leg muscle by using measuring tape.

Plan: riding 3 lap of jinji lake (42km), 6day/week
