For my project I chose to work on my overall health.
I research the different muscle groups in our body and the different workouts that will help improve those areas. I also researched the number of benefits that come from being fit and exercising. I proved that exercising isnt a waste of time but in reality worth the time. My mentor was Ben Wall. Ben is a personal trainer in our area. For my project I worked on my cardio and strength.
