Subject : Request for Intimation of 14% Government Contribution

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to Gazette Notification F. No. 1/3/2016-PR dated January 31, 2019 (copy enclosed)
whereby Central Government has enhanced the Government’s part of the contribution to 14% of Basic plus
DA.

In view of this, it is requested of you to intimate NSDL CRA if Government of Telangana is in process of
adopting the same enhancement to 14% of Basic plus DA so that necessary system configurations can be
put in place before the decision takes effect.

In an event State Government of Telangana has also decided to extend the same benefits as Central
Government to its employees, the salary month and year from which the same shall applicable may also be
intimated.
