    Being student of management, I believe that the management in an automobile


    assemble unit should adopt theory Y.

    REASON#1
    Theory Y supports more collaborative approach, centering their leadership on trust, they
    value creativity and innovative ideas and generally have competative needs that are not
    very common. Theory Y managers supports creative problem solving and they provide
    tools and opportunities to their employees.
    REASON#2
    Theory Y administrator help their employees advanced by subjecting them to
    increasingly less external control and allowing them to assume more and more self-
    control. Employees derive the gratification of social, appreciation and self-actualization
    needs in this kind of place
