PLASTERING WORKS
• Plastering work is a type of finishes to the walls and ceiling. Usually cement plaster to
walls is 16mm thick and 12mm thick for other surfaces. Cement mortar is made from
1 part of cement and 6 parts of sand (1: 6). Lime is also used to facilitate the work and
slow down the drying process.
• An additional of 25% on the cost of labor required for plastering work on the narrow
surface less than 300mm width such as column. Labor output for plaster work on the
walls and ceilings are shown in the table below.
