What do I do in case of technical issues?

You’ll need the IT Service Desk app.


Visit the App store to add it to your favorites.

Once you click on the IT Service Desk app, you will arrive to this page directly:

Click on Order Something to create an IT request for your technical issue.


Once you click on it, you will arrive to this page:

Click on Teo Support.


You will then arrive to this page:
Click on the TEO Support square.
Once you click on it, you will arrive to this page where you can specify your TEO request:

Your name should automatically appear on the first row ‘’for who’’.

Select the type for your request on the second row. Please make sure it is the correct type of request.

You can describe your issue and you can also add attachments to your requests.

Click on order now to submit your request at the end.

Business Attire

- Threshold of 15000 INR


- Minimum stay of 30 days abroad

Internet
- Threshold of 2360 INR per month
- Quarterly basis: expense to be done every 3 months

Car Mileage
- Car: 8 INR per KM
- Bike: 5 INR per KM

Car ID: you can put two license plates


1) Go to your personal information as shown at the beginning of this guide
2) Click on Personal Car
3) Click on New to add your car ID

4) Enter your license plate and the rate type (car or motorcycle)
You can also select a preferred car for the one you use most often

5) Save the information and you can now select the specific car for your transportation expense
(car mileage)

Approvals
- Sub-managers and team leaders need to approve the expenses of their team upto an amount
of INR 7,500, and anything above shall be checked and forwarded to the line-manager for
approval.
- It is very important to open every attachment to check the expenses before approving
- Payments are done 2 weeks after approval
