1. What is the pre-requisite to use Addenda Quote Estimation Tool for XA India?
• Good Internet Connectivity is the only pre-requisite to using our Estimation Tool of XA India.
• Basic details of Customer & Vehicle (Till Integration is not available).
2. How will I Login to Addenda Quote of XA India?
• You will receive an email notification to activate your User ID for Login.
3. What should I do if I Forgot the Login password of XA India?
• You can go to the “Forget Password” tab and enter the asked information, the email link with
verification will be send back to you. Reset your new password from there.
4. What if I don’t want to upload documents, Photographs?
• Use the “Skip” button option if you don’t want to upload documents, photographs.
5. What are the general guidelines for Image capturing in Addenda Quote AI of XA India?
• Full Vehicle view should be presented in the Image.
• The Vehicle should fill at least 80% of the Image.
• Do not capture Images from too far away or too near the Vehicle around 2 meters is a good
distance.
• Do not Zoom-in to the Vehicle or a part of the Image while capturing the Image.
• Make sure that the Vehicle has proper lighting conditions to capture the Image.
• Hold the device steadily to capture the Images without blur or other distortions.
• Make sure that you have an unobstructed view of the Vehicle.
• Place the camera at Vehicle windshield level to capture good Images.
• Do not capture the Images of a moving Vehicle.
6. How should I transfer the Images from Mobile to Desktop?
• Direct transfer through USB by connecting to the PC or Laptop.
• Cloud file transfers (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
7. How can I click the photographs directly and upload them in Addenda Quote of XA India?
• From Tab/iPad & Mobile phone.
8. How many photographs should I upload?
• It is preferred to upload 8 Images from all 8 angles of a Vehicle.
9. What is the preferred size of photographs to upload in Addenda Quote of XA India?
• The Images should be in the range of (0.5MB to 5MB) size.
10. What if AI analysis does not work for the uploaded Image?
• Check the Quality of Image.
11. Can I delete the part selected during the estimation?
• Yes, if you delete the part then all labor details about that part will get deleted automatically.
12. How to search for the required part?
• Use the Search option.
13. Can I select the Labor Rate and Paint rate on my own?
• No, the Labor Rate and Paint Rate are fixed as per the OEM, Region wise.
14. What all operations can I perform in Addenda Quote of XA India?
• You can Upload Documents, Images, Perform AI Analyses, Create New Estimate, Edit Created
Estimate, Calculate the Repair cost, Print the Estimate Report with Two options.
15. What details will be displayed in the estimate report?
• Repairer details, Customer details, Vehicle details, Part details, Labor details, Paint details, Total
Part’s Cost, Total Labor Cost, Total Paint Cost, Total Estimate Cost & Other details like Discount
Applied etc.
