My subject is 20 yrs.

old right now she is pursuing her graduation she is doing English honors she is in
her 2nd year living in a nuclear family there are 4 members in her family father mother brother and
herself.

Case History

My subject is not going through a good mental phase for the past few years she is having suicidal
thoughts and an anger issue because of her family environment she is living a very suffocating life

The main issue is her brother because her brother is her twin but still, he controls her life a lot her
brother decides on her behalf he does not allow her to leave her home after 8 and does not allow
her to go out with her friend she needs to come back to the home straight from her college she is
not allowed to talk to her BOY friend even her phone get checked and all her social media account
password is with her brother there is no personal space it’s very frustrating to always been in a
controlling life she needs to ask each and everything from his brother before doing it

I feel like I am living in jail and my brother is a jailor

In the next session, we have done an ABC activity

He didn’t allow me to He is very rude to me and constantly tells We had a major fight and mummy
go out at 8 to meet my me to what do and how to do only supported him
guy friend and he went It makes me very angry I was feeling so alone and I was
out to meet his friend crying for hours that day
at late night

Then in the next session, I made her do a bridge activity

When she completed her activity I asked her to make a circle anywhere in the drawing so she made
the drawing somewhere middle of the river when I asked her why have you made it there only then
she replied I don’t know it just I want over there only.

Then I asked what this drawing means to her she said it was just a picture I always imagine roaming
freely without any restriction and breathing freely live on my terms and condition
