MEMORIAL PABILION BUILDING
PERU PLAZA
2014

INTRODUCTION
This is the first approach in the architecture career for the spatial exploration and development
of an architectural concept in a civic project. The main objective of the pavilion is to evoke the
memory and inspire the civic remembrance of the people of Chile.
Through a purely spatial development, playing with horizontal and vertical surfaces, we had to
develop a project that fulfills a specific spatial size, a concept and a clear architectural
approach.

The fellowship of 2 countries is

represented by the 2 white bars, and the
relationship formed between the two is
represented as a transition space in red.

The idea of generating spaces at different

heights was born to generate a sensorial
spatial interaction within the project, which
allows the cultivation of spaces with
different qualities capable of hosting
different exposition uses.

union of two countries through a space that can have
various uses, is what creates an architectural match to UP

When I graduated, I went back to see this project and meditated on the things that I could improve with my professional knowledge, this led

me to desing this project in CAD software and render it to see what I have acomplished as a student, the final result gave me complete
satisfaction and happiness to see that my project maintains clear architectural qualities and generates the symbolism that I wanted to
represent at the beginning of my career.
