Smoothie

Today I share one of my recipe smoothies a strawberry banana spinach smoothie that is
perfect for breakfast or a snack.

If mornings you are busy and you often have to eat on the run then smoothies are the
perfect way to ensure you get a nutritious start to the day. Smoothies take around five
minutes to make in the morning and as the main ingredients are fruit and vegetables, they
will keep you full until lunchtime.

Smoothies are a mixture of water, leafy greens, and fruits, then blended together.
In mY recipe, you need :
60g spinach
150 g strawberries frozen
2 small bananas frozen
500ml almonds milk cold

The first time, I place the milk, frozen banana, strawberries, and spinach into a blender and
blend for almost 2 minutes until all were completely combined without any strawberry
banana pieces because Smoothie should be thick and cold. you can add some ice and just
blend them together. I’m sure it’s delicious.

We have many recipes for the smoothie, but the rule is that you can always combine any
fruit with leafy greens. That's all.
