Winter Wonderland

$350 for 3 days
10x10 ft booths
Hrs will be 11 am - 6 pm

Location: Chandler Fashion Center - 3111 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85226

The markets will be held in the covered area where valet drop off is, and also into the common area between
all the restaurants. There are plans for *all the fun things* Winter Wonderland/Christmas related for the entire
family! The focus of this event is a unique shopping experience, and fun things to do for the kids!

Thank you for your interest! We are accepting all small businesses! I want to keep a wide variety of businesses to
create the best shopping experience for our customers! I do not want duplicate businesses. First come, first serve.
If interested, Please fill out the application, and an invoice will be sent to you once you are approved! Invoice is due
upon receipt. Your spot will only be confirmed once you have paid your invoice! Thank you for understanding!

These events will be heavily marketed utilizing various media outlets. We will do everything we can to bring
in as many people for these events! Your success = Our success!

Terms & Conditions

- I understand that I will have to pay $$ prior to arrival
- These are multi-day events. We will have security. If you choose to leave items, they will be at your own risk.
You agree to not hold The Collecitve Market or Chandler Fashion Center or Macerich liable.
- This is a rain/shine event. We don't offer refunds. If something comes up, we will work with you any way we can to help!
- A vendor map will be sent as soon as soon as our spaces are filled. Should be within 30 days of the event! Hopefully sooner!
- Vendor agrees to stay open during the entire event! Please plan inventory accordingly. If you sell out, you have to stay and
man your booth. If you tear down before the event ends, you will not be allowed to come back. We are going to work really
hard to make sure this event is looks/remains visually appealing throughout the entire event.
- Vendor agrees to sell what has been approved in your application .Include everything you want to sell during the event.
- Vendor agrees to not engage in any illegal activities during the event in its entirety.
- Vendor agrees to keep area clean throughout the event, and when it is over. You do not want to incur cleanup fees.
Minimum $100 fee will apply. The mall is very particular that the event looks visually appealing/clean.
- Please treat all people with dignity and respect; Includes all vendors, organizers, and employees.
