Boosting mental health
Increasing access to opportunity
Ending gun violence

and staff and help evaluate our hiring practices.
-We aim to source 100% sustainable cotton by 2025.
-We make sure our packaging is made with at least 80% recycled materials and

celebrate female leadership and of course we ensure equal pay for equal work. Our
feminism is inclusive and intersectional and we stand with everybody who
identifies as female, across race, gender, class, ability, sexuality, age and body
shapes.
We want to be a driving force in the beauty industry; taking action against the
climate crisis, fighting animal testing and committing to fairer, more sustainable
sourcing, as well as using our global voice to campaign for causes and bring about
real, positive change.
