1. Analyze the dumping and conditions to apply anti-dumping measures. Choose a case study for your analysis.

2. Differences between the form of international sale of goods contract regulated under CISG 1980 and under Vietnamese Law .

3. Analyze International Dispute Resolution Mechanisms and possible challenges nowadays.

The essay is presented on A4 size paper (210 x 297 mm), vertical page style (portrait)
Format margins: bottom: 2.0 cm, top: 2.0 cm, right: 2.0 cm, left: 3.0 cm
Font: Times New Roman
Code table: Unicode
Font size (content): 12
Line spacing: multi-line 1.3, in spacing 6pt before and 6pt after; don't add space between paragraphs of the same style
Minimum length of the essay: At least 5 pages (excluding table of content and appendices if any)
Maximum length of the essay: 20 pages (excluding table of content and appendices if any)
The essay must have Student's Name, Student ID, Course Code/Name and Topic of essay
Page numbering
Use the header or footer to put your name and Student ID on each page
