    All closing findings shall be submitted to HSE Supervisor that in charge in each area by attaching
    corrective action photo
    2. All environment issue will be result in HSE disciplinary action.
    3. A vehicle will only be accepted for operating on site if the date of first registration is less than 10
    (ten) years at the date the licence is issued (the vehicle must be licensed for use within one
    month from the date of the application).
