The Scientific Investigation Board (SIB) will investigate the matter, fact find and
recommend the punitive action in the matters of scientific misconducts. The tenure of SIB
will be two years from the date of issue of the OM. The Guidelines for Ethics in Research
and in Governance issued by CSIR Hqrs. are enclosed herewith.
