    Dear Monsignor,

    Greetings in Christ!

    I am writing this letter to express my strong desire to continue my service as an


    Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion here in our church. I have been doing my
    services to our Lord for several years that gives me so much joy and fulfillment. Truly,
    I am very much willing to share again my time and passion to the service of the
    church.

    Should you decide to consider continuing my service with the parish church, I assure
    you that I will be taking to the challenges and responsibilities presented to me.

    Thank you very much for your consideration and I hope to hear from you regarding
    the continuation of my services here.
