irrelevant) on or behind the Admit Card. It will result in cancellation of the Paper.

• Please check Class Section, Examination Date and Time. In case of any query, please contact Examinations
Department earliest by visiting the campus.

• Please be present at examination venue at least 30 minutes before start of the examination. Be seated at your
allocated seat at least 05 minutes before start of the paper. Student reporting late will not be allowed to sit in the
examination.

• Possession of Mobile Phone even in switch off mode is strictly prohibited. Please don't bring it in the Examination
Room.

• Borrowing of Calculator, Ruler, Pencil & etc. is strictly prohibited. Please bring your own items.

• Student marked "Course Withdrawn" / "W" and / or Short of Attendance are not allowed to appear in the semester
Final Examination of that paper.

• Student having clash of paper (two papers at the same time) has to give both the paper without leaving the
Examination Room. Second paper in clash will be held just after completion of the first paper. Please note that the
student has to report for the examination at start of the session, even if he / she has withdrawn from one course OR is
ineligible due to short of attendance and has to appear in one paper only.

• Student(s) having clash of paper will be allocated seat by the Invigilator, hence the same is not marked in the Admit
Card.
