INSTRUCTIONS
Students must bring their Hall Ticket and Identity Card to the Examination Hall for Every

Examination Session for scrutiny
Students should take their seats allotted to them at least fifteen minutes before the beginning of
2
every examination.
Students will not be permitted to enter the hall half an hour after the commencement of the
3
examination.
4 Strict silence must be observed in the examination hall. If there is any error or incomplete data
provided in the question paper, it may be brought to the notice of the invigilator
Mathematical, Statistical and Physical Tables will be given to the students on producing their
5
identity cards. They must be returned to the invigilator in-charge. to get back their identity cards
The use of calculators is permitted in the examination hall. But, lending or borrowing of calculators,
6
pen pencil, eraser, scale etc. are strictly forbidden.
Students will be permitted to leave the hall only during the last half an hour. Once the student
7
leaves the hall, he / she will not be permitted to enter the hall again.
8 The answer script must be handed over only to the invigilator incharge directly.
9 Tampering the e-generated hall ticket will be considered as a malpractice.
Mobiles or amy type of smart devices are strictly forbidden in the Examination Hall. Mere
10
possession of them will be considered as a malpractice.
Bringing in even bits of answers, copying or helping other students with answers, appealing to the
11
examiners to award marks and impersonation are some examples of malpractices.
Any student indulging in or abetting in malpractice of any kind will be sent out of the hall
immediately and shall not be permitted to appear for the subsequent examinations. He / She will be
12
debarred from writing examinations for a maximum period of TWO consecutive semesters
including the one in which he / she has indulged in malpractice.
General guidelines may not be applicable to this semester exam
but to be followed in the offline mode.
