ACTIVITY #3
How may the tourist attractions found in your province be affected by the levels of
tourism policy planning?
Tourism policy planning really can make or break a destination. If done well, it can
ensure the longevity of the tourism industry in the area, take good care of the environment, have
positive economic outcomes, and a positive benefit to the community.
The tourist attractions found in my province may be affected by the international level of
tourism planning by boosting the revenue of the province economy, develops the infrastructure
and plants a sense of cultural exchange between foreigners and locals. It also increases the
carrying capacity of a place by accommodating more tourists. If the international tourism
planning successful it will increase a need of accommodation facilities to accommodate them. At
the national level of tourism planning by preserving, retains the province tourist attractions, life
style, heritage and cultural expression. Tourist attractions in my province will face a change in
terms of physical development, discovering ways of entry points, facilities and services. At the
regional and local level of tourism planning, tax revenue and income may improve, increased the
standard living of people and employment opportunities in the community. Given to developing
a native product which is unique, indigenous to the land and helps in portraying the image of the
land in terms of its culture, heritage, cuisine, festivals, folklores, traditions, dance forms, dresses
