    for Poster presentation


    Guidelines for Abstract submission

    Kindly prepare abstract in the following format and submit to ebnitcon2019@gmail.com

    Number of Words: Maximum 250 words

    Font: Times New Roman, Size 12 with line space of 1.5

    Structured abstract format for poster presentation:

    1. Title of Abstract
    2. Background/Introduction
    3. Objectives
    4. Material and methods
    5. Results
    6. Conclusion
    7. Keywords (3 to 5)

    Note:

    • Highlight the title, name of the presenting author and sub headings of the abstract.

    Instructions for the authors:

    • Registration for the conference is mandatory for poster presentations.


    • Hard copy of abstract is not accepted
    • Only unpublished original research articles will be accepted.
    • Mention ethical clearance, funding & conflict of interest.
    • Consent from all the authors is mandatory.
    • The final decision regarding selection of an abstract will be decided by the scientific
    committee.
    • Acceptance of abstract will be communicated via email.
    • Poster should be 4’ x 3’ (l x b) size
