Gen. 1:1-3, 26; 2:18, Eccl. 4:9, Mk. 3:14.

* Teamwork is never man's idea but God remains the custodian of it.

* God was the first Person to examplified this concept of teamwork.

* In the story of creation, we saw that God was not the only person working but the Trinity was involv.
( God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit)

* In heaven, we see that God isn't the only being there; there the elders, the Angels, the host of heaven.

*All are working as a team to ensure that there's existing order in heaven and to execute God's eternal
purposes for creation.

* God, in creating man made it very clear that "it's not good for man to be alone".

THE ABOVE PHRASE MEANS THE FOLLOWING

1. God never created any man to walk and work alone.

2. No man has the ability to fulfill God's plan and purpose for him alone.

3. Two are better than one pursuit of God's assignment.

4. Every visionary leader needs helpmeets( destiny helpers, co-workers, co-labourers)

5. Every attempt to fulfill God's mandate alone will end in futility.

6. The best of every leader is seen when he's surrounded with the right God-ordaind people.

7. God's assignment for each man is way bigger than his individual strength, you'll need a collaboration
and collective effort of some selected, specific class of individuals to enable your dream come to past.

In Summary

* Generational exploits demands cannot be accomplished by one man, not even God, it requires
assistance.

* The second agenda of any thought leader after receiving a vision or Mandate should be to search out
for men of like passion and share with them.

* You're truly ready to achieve your course when you're willing to embrace and raise a solid team.

* Doing ordinary work may not require assistance but building a mega assignment will necessitate a
healthy teamwork.
