Application
Mowicoll® PS 7560 is designed for use where high adhesion, cohesion are required. For example,
double-sided tapes and decorative lamination where a high degree of shrink resistance is desired. In
addition to its excellent cohesion, Mowicoll® PS 7560 has a high level of adhesion and high initial tack.

Suitable for all kind of paper self-adhesives, cardboard, blankets, plastic films, technical felts, fabrics,
asphalt plates, etc. Mowicoll® PS 7560 can be used for adhesive labels on plastic surfaces, due to the
good adhesion to polyolefin.

In combination with other dispersions, can be used in the preparation of anti-noise masses.

For the production of finished self-adhesive labels, for self-adhesive tapes and labels.

Mowicoll® PS 7560 meets the European Directive RoHS - 2011/65 EU.

Process
Mowicoll® PS 7560 is compatible with the usual plasticizers and most coalescing solvents
commonly used in the formulation of adhesives and glues. Its compatibility is also good with
conventional inorganic fillers. For increasing viscosity, we recommend the addition of water
soluble cellulose derivatives or acrylic thickeners as Mowilith® LDM 7030, after adjusting the pH
with ammonia or caustic soda diluted in water. The film of the product shows a permanent tack
and good adhesive properties.

Preservation and Storage

To prevent the attack of microorganisms, suitable for preservatives typically aqueous polymeric
dispersions can be added beyond our preliminary amount added for preservation. Tests should be
done to determine their compatibility and efficiency.
We recommend storing the material in a cool, airy place, sheltered from the weather, at
temperatures not exceeding 25 ° C for a maximum period of six months, duly sealed in its original
packaging.
Open containers must be reclosed, and used in the shortest possible time.
