- It is often described as involving positive emotions and life satisfaction.
- Happiness means that you’ve decided to look beyond the imperfections (sự ko hoàn
hảo).
- Happiness is a combination of how satisfied you are with your life and how good
you feel on a daily basis.
- Happiness is a skill you can build with consistent practice.
- Happiness is the knowledge that someone cares for someone. It is the feeling that if
everything else goes wrong in the life, that love won’t change.

- Positive emotions increase satisfaction with life.

- Positive feelings increase resilience. Resilience helps people better manage stress
