1)This Product Order(PO) can be used in all our Product Delivery Outlets
across India.2)This PO cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.3)This PO is valid
for 90
days from the date of this issue, within which Order reconfirmation(i.e,Acknowledgement)
and Order Validate(i.e, handing over PO at our Product Delivery
PUC/Stores outlets)
should have happened.Those who have validated the PO can take the products available
at thePUC/Stores immediately(or)with in 30days from
the date of Order Validation.
4)This PO cannot be revalidated after expiry date(i.e,Validity of this PO can’t
be extended under any circumstances).5)The holder of
this PO/the person coming to take delivery of the product against the user id, is deemed to be the beneficiary and Company will not hold responsible for any misuse.

or the person taking product delivery has to
validate their mobile number through OTP process or both, which as requested from time to time by PUC/Store outlet/Online Portal.
6)Any dispute should be
referred to the
company and the decision of the company shall be final.7)This PO can be validated at any of our PUC/Store Outlet(or)through our online portal. Once
the order is validated, the amount will be added against the User ID and the same can be utilised,
immediately (or) within 30days from the date of order validated, at
the time of Product billing cum delivery from the same PUC/Store Outlet(or)Online Portal, where its been validated.8)If the Product billing amount is less than the
PO value, then the difference balance amount shall be in respective User ID, but the same has to be completely utilised within 30days from the date of
order
validated. If the Product bill amount exceeds the value of the PO/the valid balance available against the respective User ID, the shortfall difference amount has to be
paid in cash by the person whoever is coming to take the product(s).9)This PO is a secure document identified by a specific
reference number with Barcode and
represent the value stated against that.10)This PO is redeemable in partial/full within 30days from the date of order validated from the same PUC/Store
Outlet(or)online portal.There is an adequate mechanism in
place to calculate payments both at the outlets and the Internet forefronts.The holder/redeemer of this PO
has to pay
the balance amount requested for the product purchased if there is shortfall from this PO validated value/the valid balance
available against the respective
User ID.11)This
PO is inclusive of all taxes while redeemed at the time of Product Billing.12)Please
ensure that you have a stable Internet connection in case of
redemption or purchase
through the portal.We will not be responsible for validation failures or failed
shopping attempts that happen due to Internet connectivity and
related issues.13)This
PO cannot be replaced if lost,stolen,tampered or misplaced.14)This PO used in
our online store will cease to be valid immediately and cannot
be used again at
our Product Delivery PUC/Store outlets.15)Failure to use this PO before expiration
date hereon shall result in the forfeiture of such PO value.16)We

copies of this PO,damaged or defaced.It is the responsibility of the holder of
the PO to ensure that the PO is in order when presented at our
outlets.17)Mi Lifestyle
Marketing Global Private Limited(MIG),reserves the right to redefine the terms,
discontinue or recollect this PO at any time if a situation
arises and you are
deemed to oblige the same.
18)Product prices are getting increased from 01/01/2022 and hence you are requested to take product(s) delivery on or
before 31/12/2021 to avail existing prices
19)This PO may not be reproduced,photocopied,trimmed,
or altered in any way by end users.In case a holder of this PO
create a duplicate
copy and tries to redeem the same in any of our outlets or online then they will
be liable to face legal consequences for forgery and criminal
activity.20)Any unauthorized
PO(i.e, which are not issued by us)will not be accepted.21)The terms and conditions
on this PO pertain to the voucher by itself and are
in no way connected to the
service levels promised by the manufacturers of the product such service levels
will be clearly mentioned on the literature accompanying
the product and we are
in no way responsible for service/warranties on products.22)It is inferred that
the rightful owners are redeeming this PO either directly or
indirectly and we
are not responsible for any misuse,by whatever the reason.23)The holder/redeemer
