The job posting policy has been designed to encourage the personal growth of every employee
by promoting from within [insert company name] whenever possible.  Job vacancies for non-
management positions will be posted on the Company bulletin boards. The Company reserves
the right to advertise job vacancies publicly or to invite an application from any employee who
has not applied to a position on their own.

All applicants must complete and submit an internal application form, located in the Human
Resources office, and obtain signature authorization from their immediate supervisor.  Any
employee, who has recently been hired, transferred, promoted, or put on probation must wait a
period of six months before submitting an application to Company job vacancy.  All applicants
who applied to a position through the proper internal applications procedure will be considered.
The final candidate will be chosen based upon their qualifications, performance, experience and
seniority (in that order).  Should a suitable candidate not be found among current employees, the
Company will hire an external candidate.
