    Reflection Paper

    As I look back on my case study and the preparation, I’m amazed to find that I
    learned a lot from this case study. I learned a great deal throughout the entire
    exercise. This was my first case study of studying global marketing; therefore, I
    didn't have much experience in writing this type of assignment. During writing
    this case studying there are some positives which helped to finish this
    assignment on time. My perception about marketing has drastically changed
    since I have spent more time researching about “The coffee of Andradas” on
    the internet, textbooks and journals and this has exposed me to a wide variety
    of information that I consider important for the purpose of my study.
    Firstly, to say being a part of this team is great opportunity to work with them.
    They helped me in every part of my work where I am struggling with. As me
    giving contributions on other part so I got to know what Andrade’s coffee is is
    all about and what are the models involved, what kind of strategies they
    followed and the STP and branding, introducing to the market with different
    approaches with they own formula.
    The main task is completing on time, this is because if one of the group
    members does anything wrong so it will affect the whole team. Working
    differently means to give a clear view of the case to the audience who are
    reading our work. There are some learning from this experience so that I can
    apply this in future working life.
     Work Well Within a Group.
     Manage and Prioritize Tasks.
     Communicate Well with Others.
     Meet Deadlines.
     Motivate Yourself to Complete Projects.
     Commitment and Loyalty.
     Don't Give Up.
    I think following this will make our working life easier. Group works is all
    meant of equal contribution of quality work and to create a healthy relation in
    the group or the organization.
