INTRODUCTION:
I am G Bharath Kumar pursuing PGDM in Siva Sivani Institute of Management. This is the
report on Corporate Interview which is the part of Managerial Communication – I. I have
realised that participating in this activity will enable me to better comprehend the value of
effective communication in the workplace. To be prepared for the corporate world, I must do
interviews with corporate employees to comprehend their experiences and learn from them.

KEY LEARNINGS:
 I got to know the importance of confidence in expressing our views.
 There is a chance of miscommunication if we don’t convey something in the way it has
to be done.
 If we don’t understand something in the company, we must immediately speak up and
clarify things to avoid further miscommunications.
 Communication is not only about the English & grammar, but there are also many more
things which must be understood. Such as the tone, purpose, expressions, non-verbal
kind of things play a major role.
 One should have some knowledge regarding their work, if not they must have a
capability to speak up of what they know & don’t.
 From this corporate interview, I learned the importance of communication. Not only
knowing about its importance, but I also learnt that knowing something is different
from implementing in the real life.
 My takeaway from this interview is that I must learn the effective communication and
implement it in daily life for my betterment & future career growth.
