How I approached to conduct this INTERVIEW:


Mr teja reddy is my relative, I call and explained about corporate interview. He
responded positively and gave permission to conduct interview. I thought of
meeting him personally, but he said that he was busy he asked me to take the
interview virtual. So, I have taken interview over Zoom Meeting.

Questionnaire prepared for the interview:


 How important is it to fit into corporate culture ?
 What are some of the most important lessons you have learned in your
career?
 How important is networking for corporate employees, what are some
strategies for building a professional network?
 How important is communication to grow in career? How do you
collaborate effectively with your colleagues or clients, especially in a
virtual or remote work environment?
 How do you deal with miscommunication or misunderstandings at
workplace?
 What is the level of autonomy and decision-making authority given to
employees in corporate field?
 How do you prioritize continuous learning and professional
development?
 What are your thoughts on changing career path?
 Can you share any tips or techniques that you use to manage stress while
working in a fast-paced environment.
 What do you suggest someone who is starting or thinking to start their
career in corporate field?

INTERVIEW SUMMARY:
During our interview process, we discussed a wide range of topics related to
communication , challenges faced with the clients while communicating with
them through meets. Importance of vocabulary, what are challenges faced with
his colleague, and also discuss about how communication is important in
corporate world.

INSIGHTS:
From my conversation with Mr. TEJA KUMAR REDDY , its clear that he had
a deep understanding of communication barriers, challenges faced at initial
stages, as it is a remote work , the communication is through phone calls, zoom
meetings, writing emails, these all are plays key and important roles in
communications development
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Overall, my interview with Mr. TEJA KUMAR REDDY was informative and
insightful.
Some of the learnings are:
 Listening is important for a phone call conversation with clients.
 Need to maintain friendly behavior with colleagues.
 We need to ask doubts whenever we not feel sure.
 We need to crate a environment so that we can speak in English daily.
CONCLUSION:
MR. TEJA KUMAR REDDY conclude that communication is the biggest
challenge in the corporate world, if so many people are coming from rural areas
for employment, so that people faces many problems and challenges while
working and clint meetings, manager meeting….etc. we overcome that problem
we need to develop your communication like daily read a English news paper,
practice communications with others, watching a good English movies,
communicate with others, never fear to talk with others in English….etc
