Scope / Major Project Activities:

● new software on all Office Green hardware (laptops, mobile devices, and hard drives).
● program for Office Green's team to use in tracking fulfillment. Auditing current Office
Green software and creating improvements fall under this category.

Out-of-scope activities:
● The supplier is not responsible for ongoing maintenance or training additional staff.

Deliverables:
 include the supplier offering instructions on how to maintain the plants or something
similar.
 To answer any queries or fix any issues, the supplier will create a support page on
Office Green's website.

Schedule Overview / Major Milestones:

● Milestone 1: fulfillment equipment in Office Green’s warehouses.
● Milestone 2: new software on all Office Green hardware (laptops, mobile devices, and
hard drives).
● Milestone 3: In order to clarify the training manuals and address any concerns, the
vendor will meet with the Training Manager and the HR Specialist.

Estimated hours for completion:

10 Days – 80 Hours if work 8 Hours per day.

Estimated date for completion:

4/14/2023

Payment Terms
Once all work has been finished, Office Green will pay the vendor.
