Project Summary

Sauce and Spoon is looking to launch a pilot rollout of tabletop menu tablets at two
locations with the goal of improving the customer experience and increasing sales.

Project Goals

● Roll out tabletop menus to assist customers with quick and easy ordering
options.
● Increase product mix.
● Reduce turn time by 30 minutes.
● Increase daily guest counts by 10% by the end of Q2.
● Increase app sales at locations. 15% overall between locations at end of Q.
● Hire and train staff by the end of Q2.

Deliverables

● Controlled food waste.


● Tablet packages that include menu add-ons and coupons.

● Integrate current POS software to harmonize with new tablets.
