Introduction:

The best business to consumers website or online marketing in Malaysia is Zalora.my. The
website was founded back in early 2012 and were present not only in Malaysia but also in
other country like Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and the Philippines. Zalora is a fashion
marketplace that provides purchasers with a complete e-commerce platform, including an
extensive assortment of top international brands as well as local brands. Users may quickly
search for any type of product and brands that they prefer by simply clicking and adding to
cart in a quick and secure process. Beside that, The user interface of the website is
extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate.

Target Customers:

The majority of consumers appear to have a lack of comprehension and expertise about
online buying. In Malaysia, online buying is still a relatively new e-commerce platform, and
customers are less comfortable with it, leading to increased scepticism and suspicion. When
it comes to internet buying, the most common obstacles that buyers face are security
concerns and problems. Therefore, Zalora.my top priority will be to ensure that customers
receive their orders and that user data, such as customer information, is kept secure.

Products or Services provided:

Zalora.my is a Malaysia fashion online marketplace giving a complete and affordable e-


Commerce platform for buyer with a comprehensive and cost-effective e-Commerce
platform, exposing them to a wide range of products and services from over 500 brands and
designers.

There are many varieties of products that are provided and Zalora.my has everything
customer need. Business with more that a thousand products across categories, including
shoes, accessories, bags and other more. Other than that, Zalora.my also provide customer
service so customer can get in contact about the specific product. Therefore, it make sure
customer are satisfied before buying the product.

Branded items such as shoes from well-known companies such as ADIDAS, NIKE, and
others are sold at a reasonable price or at a discount, giving customers a wide range of
options to pick from and get what they desire

Zalora sells more than just branded shoes. My but also clothes for customers who want new
fashion clothes or want to stay up with the latest fashion trend. It became one of the
categories on Zalora, allowing customers to choose men's or women's clothing based on
their favourite brands or personal preferences.

Making a payment on Zalora.my is not as difficult as you may imagine, and there are a
variety of payment options to choose from. You can, for example, decide whether you wish

American Express, is required for an offline payment. On the other hand, if you wish to make
a payment via the internet, you can use online banking. As a result, there are numerous
online banking options available, including Maybank2u, CIMB, Boost E-Wallet,
TNGWalletOnline, and others.
Customers also have the option of making an instalment purchase, which entails purchasing
an item, receiving it, and then paying for it at a later date. As a result, customers have a
variety of alternatives when it comes to purchasing products from Zalora.my

retailer. As a result, a website like Amazon is one of the websites for a business corporation
to sell and purchase things on Amazon's marketplace, both individually and in bulk, with
varied discounts. Other than that, Amazon help businesses to achieve cost savings, goals,
and reduce procurement complexity.

Besides that, Amazon empowers business customers by providing transparency of price,


delivery options, product rating and seller ratings which is important for customers. In
Addition, Amazon was launch on July 5, 1994, and was founded by Jeff Bezos

In Amazon Business, there are primarily two sorts of targeted customers: sellers, such as
suppliers and wholesalers, and buyers, such as manufacturers and retailers. Because of the
nature of b2b, some Amazon sellers have a minimum amount when it comes to purchases,
such as purchasing a product in bulk. Aside from that, Amazon is a global company, so a
seller can sell things to a buyer even if the buyer or seller is in a different country, and
Amazon can arrange for the product to be delivered.

hand, is not the same as other e-commerce websites or apps like Lazada or Shopee. It's a
platform for consumer-to-consumer transactions.
This means that this website will only assist consumers in advertising their goods and
services and will not give any functionalities or features to help or aid the process of any
transactions between consumers. All transactions or deals between customers take place
outside of the platform.

Mudah.my target market is second-hand dealers and purchasers. Consumers can use this
platform to easily and efficiently search, buy, and sell used things or property in their area.
Other than that, Mudah.my also helps job searchers locate jobs in their immediate vicinity.
As a result, it is much easier for customers to find jobs or buy things such as property, used
automobiles, and other items, which is why mudah.my is the greatest location to buy used
items and also opportunity for job seekers.

service, which ensures that the seller you are dealing with has been inspected by Mudah.my
company, and that the seller is trustworthy, allowing you to make payments outside the
platform much more easily and worry-free.

The most use M-Commerce in Malaysia is the Shopee Application. This can be said with the
recent events happening throughout the world, this app is common use on today’s time.
People are able to browse it through mobile and even on the browser. That said its very
easy to manage and understand once a person fully learn its fundamental user interaction in
the app.
Even now, people still use its services whenever they want to shop online rather than going
outside which a pandemic is occurring.

Target Customers:

The target customers of Shopee is people with access to the internet and owning a phone or
a desktop. Shopee provides the best in offering good services when using their mobile
application and their web browser.

This are the few steps of shopping cart in Shopee:

1. On the product page, Customers need to tap on the “Buy Now” button’
2. A pop up will appear asking the customer how many quantities they want to purchase.
3. After they have chosen how many quantities they wish to purchase, then they need to tap
the “Buy Now” button.
4. Then the customers will be directed to the checkout where they can see the listing of their
products they want to purchase.

Summary on the Future of E-Commerce:

With the sudden rise use of mobile in the coming future, I can safely state and verify that
future of E-Commerce will be strong in the coming years. Before the global pandemic, only a
few know the existence and use of E-Commerce. But now with the entire world changing
due to the pandemic, E-Commerce has been gaining more and more popularity. People
have been using it due to its convenience which is easier than going to a shopping mall.
They can just surf the web or browse their mobile wherever they are. That said, the future of
E-Commerce will be growing with the incoming advancement of technology and digital
growth.
