Ans 1:

Organizations are concerned with hiring & training of the employees.


e.g. like NDC CEO (We are concerned with hiring of competent
employees) The procedure of determing the skills & abilities of the
employees is called job analysis. Job analysis is conducted by four
methods Industry analysis, organizational chart, process chart &
workflow analysis. Air University are concerned that who should be
hired at vacant position. A list of job duties & working conditions and
reporting relationship with the employees. They clearly specify that
MS/PHD degree holders are required for the position of lecturer. They
clearly described the criteria for the position of lecturer. In job
description they are concerned with work activity like how he/she
teaches. They also find out the human behavior like communication
skills. On the other hand, they also recognize the EEO (Equal
Employment opportunity). Then we are concerned with the human
requires like what information & skills he/she would have. Air
university also concerned with the job content like physical working
conditions. In job description air university has to simply identify the
job, then clearly described the duties & responsibilities and lastly
identify the relationships. By using this information, they are having
ability to hired the lecturer. No, I’m not eligible for this potion right now
because I have not these degrees which air university requires.

Ans 2:

The mechanism which organizations uses is the conducting of different


types of tests like intelligence test, achievements tests. In intelligence
test they view the academic records, vocabulary, general knowledge &
some mathematical calculations. Many organizations are concerned that
you have good communication skills. While in achievements tests they
check the domain related knowledge if you get A grade in some course
can you justify this grade buy showing your skills & abilities. They also
ask IQ related questions. They also check the personality interests like
they have balanced personality in a society. Organizations are concerned
that you are not a problem maker or a neurotic person. You are must be
a stable person. Organizations are also concerned the are you have
handling with some equipment’s like nestle employees must have
handling with cutter & packing. For hiring the employees, they have
different options like Ads, Hiring agencies etc. While testing
organizations conduct physical tests in which your weight, height &
fitness would be measured. Many organizations would take written tests
as well as physical tests. Yes, I’m good for the Army because I’m
eligible in all tests which they are required like physical & written tests.
I successfully clear all the tests of army if I got opportunity.
