Time and Attendance Policy

The Immediate Superior should ensure the working hours are being adhered to and should inform
the HR department regarding violations immediately. However, the HR department should conduct
monthly random check across departments to ensure compliance with Time & Attendance Policy.

Late – Grace Period of 15 minutes.

Employee must stay to make up any time lost if they came after 9:15 AM or 10:15 AM (for Sales).
