Mr. Philip Dagang

De La Salle Santiago Zobel School Rondalla Ensemble

Dear Mr. Dagang:

On behalf of World Projects, I am pleased to inform you that De La Salle Santiago Zobel School Rondalla
Ensemble has been accepted to participate in the 38th Annual Pacific Basin Music Festival to be held March 26-
30, 2023.

Originally established in 1985 as an outlet for music students from Japan and the United States mainland to share
and experience cultural exchange through music in the lush tropical setting of Hawaii, we never could have
imagined where the festival would be 38 years later. Over the years, the festival has brought together hundreds of
ensembles from many countries including Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea,
Taiwan, Tonga, the United States, and Japan with countless students having formed memories that will last them
a lifetime.

We would be proud to have a program of your quality involved in the festival, and we look forward to working
with you towards the event!

Congratulations to you and your outstanding ensemble!

Sincerely,

Deborah Lee Gibbs
